Do you accept special orders?
Yes. Special orders are welcome. I will do my best to accept any and all special orders. Please understand that I am bound my bead supply and, thus, may not be able to accept every special order.

Do you take returns?
Yes. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. If you wish to make a return, you must contact me immediately via email at [email protected]. Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the initial delivery of the order and I must receive the return within 7 days of the initial delivery. Please see the terms and conditions page for more information.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged item, immediately contact me via email at [email protected]. Any damage claims reported after the first 24 hours following the initial delivery will not be honored. Any damaged item will be replaced and re-shipped at no cost to the buyer. Arrangements will be made by the seller to coordinate the return of the damaged item to avoid any cost to the buyer. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
