Terms:
Any and all questions about items should be directed to the seller prior to placing an order. Most email inquiries sent to [email protected] will be answered within one business day.
Payment:
All orders must be paid in full within 3 days of the order being placed. Any orders not paid in full after 3 days will be returned to store inventory and sale will be cancelled. Most orders will be filled within one to two business days after payment has cleared. Special orders must be paid in full prior to creation of the piece(s). For this reason, special orders may be shipped as late as 7 days after payment has cleared. Notification will be sent to the buyer at the time the order is shipped.
Shipping:
Items will ship via USPS First Class mail. Multiple items in the same order can be packed and mailed together to save on your shipping costs. In order for items to be shipped together, you must contact me at [email protected] prior to finalizing payment on the items.
Returns:
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) less 15% restocking fee will be refunded only if item is returned as originally packaged with all tags intact. Return must be postmarked within 72 hours of initial delivery and must be received by the seller within 7 days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns on special orders are not available unless specifically agreed upon prior to placing the order.
